Are you a power-hungry megalomaniac... I mean, cheerful, constantly upbeat and enthusiastic person with an endless desire to help your fellow writers? If you answered 'WTF' to most of that but kept reading anyway, you could be the kind of person we're looking for. Steve is currently on the hunt for souls additional staff members! If you've been itching for the chance to get your hands on the awesome-but-elusive powers of a Stevian moderator, here's your chance!
We're looking for:
1. Someone who knows and loves the world of social media. This person will take the lead in promoting Steve on places like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, NaNoWriMo, etc. They may also be in charge of greeting new members and introducing them to the Steve community, as well as building up a blog/social network of Stevians and keeping us all active in the writer communities outside Steve.
2. Someone with the drive and enthusiasm to post and lead regular Challenges, Dares and Word Wars on Steve. This person will also coordinate with the Social Media Expert to use social media for promoting challenges and leading Stevians in off-site challenges like Twitter word sprints and other NaNoWriMo-style events.
3. Someone with sharp organisational skills to encourage and coordinate the Stevian community in the regular posting of articles, pep talks and writing-related discussion threads. This person will be responsible for ensuring a regular supply of new things to talk about, but will not necessarily be creating the content themselves.
All staff members will work under the supervision of administrators Jᴀy V. Aꜱᴛᴇʀ 💀🐍 and Siana Blackwood. You will participate in planning and preparation for monthly events as well as working to maintain chatter and general activity on Steve. You will also be expected to be active enough on Steve to notice and respond to the needs of the community.
