Here's where to dump all the stuff that's either not classified into a defined topic, or which covers a multitude of topics. A bunch of great articles on writing advice on i09Easy to read, and covered some of the oddly specific questions I've ACTUALLY wondered about. I've found these really helpful.

Hm, didn't know where to stick this. You guys can move it if you wish. Anyway I was browsing some websites last night before diving into planning my NaNo and came across this blog: blog.janicehardy.com/ there's a lot of articles she's written spanning all kinds of writing topics (outlining, revision, characters, publishing, etc etc). I bet someone could find one of her articles useful, cuz I know I did. Hope this helps!

Over on the Nano Prep forum someone's been compiling a collection of links that span a wide multitude of preparation/planning tools for the NaNoWriMo event (of course you can use them any other time of the year). Includes info on beatsheets, outlining, revision, characters, generators... just a bunch of little goodies!

Lecture series on writing by Brandon Sanderson at BYU. Click on the side to see more in the series.
I watched the first one, and this looks amazing. Exactly what I've been looking for!
